Itinerary
Day 1
📌HARIDWAR TO BARKOT (205KM) 🔹Start from HARIDWAR early morning, have a bath in HAR KI PAURI and then depart to BARKOT (7 to 8 hours) 🔹 Take a halt for breakfast and lunch (at your own expense). 🔹Reach BARKOT in the evening 🏨 Check into hotel. 🍽️ Dinner overnight stay in hotel.
Day 2
📌YAMNOTRI DARSHAN 🔹After an early breakfast, get transferred to HANUMANCHATTI (40 Km), JANKI CHATTI (8 km). Here you will begin the First Pahad Yatra of YAMUNOTRI (5 Km trek). 🔹You can hire a Doli or a horse, for your trek (at your own expense). At YAMUNOTRI, one can cook rice by packing it in a cloth and dipping it in the hot water of the hot kund. Pilgrims take this cooked rice home as "Prasad". Here, near the temple "Pooja" can be offered to DIVYA SHILA, 🔹After taking a bath in JAMUNABAI KUND'S warm water and having "Darshan" of pious "YAMUNAJI", returning to HANUMANCHATTI. 🔹Later, drive back to Barkot. 🏨 Overnight stay in Hotel.
Day 3
📌BARKOT TO UTTARKASHI (100km) 🔹Post breakfast check out from the BARKOT hotel and drive to UTTARKASHI. 🔹On arrival, check-in into hotel. UTTARKASHI is situated on the banks of river BHAGIRATHI and is famous for its historical monuments, Temples & Ashrams. 🔹In the evening, visit the famous VISHWANATH TEMPLE. 🏨 Dinner and overnight stay in UTTARKASHI.
Day 4
📌GANGOTRI DARSHAN 🔹Early morning breakfast at hotel and drive to GANGOTRI. Nestled in the magnificent GARHWAL HIMALAYAS, GANGOTRI is set at an altitude of 3048 mts. 🔹Upon arrival at GANGOTRI, take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganga which is also called Bhagirathi at its origin and visit the Gangotri Temple. The 18th century's temple dedicated to Goddess Ganga is located near a sacred stone where King Bhagirathi worshipped Lord Shiva. 🔹Ganga is believed to have touched earth at this spot. The temple is an exquisite 20 ft. high structure made of white granite. 🔹After performing Pooja in the late afternoon, drive back to UTTARKASHI. 🏨 Dinner overnight stay in hotel.
Day 5
📌UTTARKASHI TO RAMPUR/SITAPUR (190KM) 🔹After early morning breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to GUPTKASHI/RAMPUR/SITAPUR. On arrival check-in at hotel. Rest of the day is free to explore the GUPTKASHI town. 🏨 Dinner and overnight stay in GUPTKASHI/RAMPUR/SITAPUR hotel.
Day 6
📌KEDARNATH TREK 🔹Wake up in morning, freshen up, have breakfast and check out from hotel. 🔹Later, depart to SONPRAYAG. Our vehicle will drop you in SITAPUR PARKING. 🔹From SITAPUR to SONPRAYAG we will go walking (around 500m from SITAPUR). 🔹Take a jeep from SONPRAYAG to GAURIKUND (fare is 50/- per person; at your own expense). 🔹Reach GAURIKUND and start a trek to KEDARNATH (22km trek distance from GAURIKUND). 🔹Reach KEDARNATH TEMPLE and enjoy the evening arti if you reach in time. 🔹Check-in into hotel 🏨 Dinner overnight stay in hotel
Day 7
📌KEDARNATH TO RAMPUR/SITAPUR 🔹Wake up in morning freshen up have do KEDARNATH BABA DARSHAN. 🔹Return back to hotel, have breakfast and later visit BHAIRAV TEMPLE, SHANKARACHARYA BHIM SHIELA. 🔹Check out from hotel. 🔹Later trek down to GAURIKUND. 🔹Reach GAURIKUND and take a jeep to SONPRAYAG (at your own expense). 🔹Reach SONPRAYAG. Walk forward to SITAPUR PARKING. 🏨 Check-in into hotel. 🍽️ Dinner & overnight stay in hotel.
Day 8
📌RAMPUR TO TUNGNATH TO PIPALKOTI 🔹After breakfast, checkout from Hotel 🔹Depart to TUNGNATH do a trek for TUNGNATH TEMPLE and CHANDRASHEILA 🔹Later depart to PIPALKOTI 🔹Reach PIPALKOTI and check-in into hotel. 🏨 Dinner & overnight stay in hotel.
Day 9
📌PIPALKOTI TO BADRINATH TO MANA VILLAGE TO PIPALKOTI 🔹Wake up, freshen up, have breakfast and depart for BADRINATH 🔹Reach BADRINATH, do darshan and leave for MANA 🔹Reach MANA, visit – GANESH GUFA, VYAS GUFA, BHIM PUL and SARASWATI RIVER. 🔹Later depart to PIPALKOTI 🏨 Dinner & overnight stay in hotel
